How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 5–7 working days from payment, anywhere in South Africa. We'll email you as soon as your order is on its way.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on all orders of R1,000 or more. Orders under R1,000 have a flat R139 delivery fee.
Can I return an item?
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of bedding or sleep products that have been opened, used or washed. Sealed, unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, we'll repair, replace or refund it. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
What sizes do your comforter sets come in?
Our comforter sets come in Single, Three-Quarter, Double, Queen, King and King XL. You'll find the exact measurements in each product description.
What's included in a comforter set?
Each 5-piece set includes 1 comforter, 2 standard pillowcases and 2 continental pillowcases (80 × 80 cm).
How do I care for my bedding?
Please follow the care label on your item. For machine-washable items, we recommend a gentle cycle in cool water with a mild detergent.
