Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

Royal Rest delivers anywhere in South Africa.

Delivery costs

Delivery is FREE on all orders of R1,000 or more. Orders under R1,000 have a flat delivery fee of R139.

Delivery times

Orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days from the date your payment is confirmed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times to remote areas may be slightly longer.

Order updates

We will email you as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery problems

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, email us at info@royalrest.co.za within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will sort it out for you.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, re-delivery costs may apply.
