Delivery
We deliver throughout South Africa.
- Free delivery on all orders of R1,000 or more.
- Orders under R1,000: R139 standard delivery.
- Delivery time: 5–7 working days from payment.
You'll receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns
Because bedding and sleep products are used close to the skin, we can't accept returns of items that have been opened, used or washed, for hygiene reasons. This protects every Royal Rest customer.
Changed your mind? You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is still sealed, unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us first. You'll be responsible for the cost of sending it back, and we'll refund you within 30 days of receiving it.
Faulty or damaged items: if your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing fault, or develops a fault within 6 months of delivery, please contact us with your order number and a photo. We'll repair, replace or refund it, and we'll cover the delivery costs.
